Fashion Consulting Services for Apparel Brands, Creators & Founders Ready to Scale.
Two ways to work together. One thing in common.
Whether you're launching your first brand, scaling what you've built, or expanding into wholesale and mass market, you need more than a cheerleader. You need someone who's actually done this, sitting across from you, telling you exactly what to do next.
That's what I'm here for.
I work with founders in two formats: a focused one day intensive for clarity and momentum, or an ongoing fractional partnership for founders who need a strategic partner in the business week to week. Both are rooted in the same philosophy, the same rigor, and the same 15+ years of real industry experience.

Who I WorkWith
The work looks different depending on where you are, but the goal is always the same: build something real, something profitable, and something built to scale.
You've got a vision for a brand and no clear path to make it real. You've watched the YouTube videos, downloaded the free guides, maybe even talked to a few "consultants" who didn't quite get it. You're not looking for more information. You're looking for someone who's built this before to sit down with you and build the roadmap, together.
Brand foundation, target customer, product strategy, launch financials, sourcing and production, pre-launch marketing, and your first 90 days on market.
Your brand is live. You have a product, a site, customers. But growth is inconsistent, conversion is soft, and you can feel the ceiling closing in. You know you're leaving money on the table, you just can't see exactly where. You need someone to look under the hood, fix what's leaking, and build the systems that turn traffic into real, repeatable revenue.
Website and conversion optimization, customer journey, email and SMS flows, retention, paid ads direction, merchandising, and pricing strategy.
You've built something that works. You're at or approaching $1M+ in revenue, your D2C engine is humming, and you're ready for the next chapter: wholesale, mass market, and real retail scale. You don't need cheerleading. You need someone who's sat across from buyers at Target, Nordstrom, and Walmart, and knows exactly how to get you in the room.
Supply chain strengthening, retail compliance, wholesale strategy, distribution sequencing, operations and systems, PR and influencer support, and funding pathways.
However we work together, we go deep.
Whether it's one focused day or an ongoing partnership, my approach doesn't change. I don't stay on the surface, and I don't hand you a template. I come in, look at your business as a whole system, and build a strategy that moves every part of it forward.
That means we look at:
Your product. Assortment, design direction, sourcing, production, pricing. Is what you're selling built to sell?
Your brand. Positioning, story, customer, voice. Does your brand feel as intentional as your product?
Your systems. The operations running behind the scenes: supply chain, fulfillment, tools, team. Are they built to scale with you, or holding you back?
Your customer journey. How people find you, what happens when they land on your site, how you turn first time buyers into repeat customers. Where's the leak?
Your growth plan. Where you are now, where you want to be, and the sequenced moves that actually get you there. Not someday. This quarter.
Every engagement ends the same way: with a clear action plan, detailed notes from every decision we make together, and a 30 day follow up to check progress and adjust. Nothing gets left in a Google Doc you'll never open again.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
A 30 minute conversation to figure out where you are, where you want to go, and whether we're the right fit. No pitch, no pressure. If it makes sense to move forward, I'll send a proposal within a few days. If it doesn't, you'll still leave the call with a clearer sense of your next step.
-
Strategy Days are typically booked 3 to 4 weeks out so I can properly prep for our day together. Advisory partnerships usually kick off within 2 weeks of a signed agreement.
-
Both work. In person Strategy Days happen in the Los Angeles/ South Bay area. Advisory partnerships are primarily remote, with in-person sessions built in as needed.
-
Every engagement is scoped to your business. The Strategy Day has two base agendas (Launch or Scale), but within each, we shape the day around your specific priorities. Advisory partnerships are fully custom from day one.
-
I don't fund production, run ads, or build websites. I also don't do hands on SEO, email platform setup, or content creation. What I do is tell you exactly what needs to happen in each of those areas. Then if you want to add it to the scope, we can use the vetted specialists on my team who can game plan further and execute. (But it will always be through my lens and our predetermined strategy so you are not left alone).
-
Yes, for both Strategy Days and Fractional Partnerships. We'll discuss options on the intro call.
-
Absolutely. Your Launch Day is built specifically for founders moving from idea to real product. You don't need a business yet. You need clarity on what to build.
-
If you're building a product based brand (home goods, accessories, wellness, beauty adjacent), yes. The frameworks translate. If you're in a totally different category (tech, SaaS, services), I'm probably not your person, and I'll tell you so on the intro call.
LET'S DO THIS
LET'S DO THIS
The hardest part is deciding to start.
Every founder I've worked with had the same moment, a Tuesday, a Sunday night, a random afternoon, where they decided they were done guessing. That's usually the moment the business actually changes.
You don't need to know exactly what you need yet. That's what the intro call is for. Bring me what you're working on, where you're stuck, and what you want next. We'll figure out the rest together.
No pitch. No pressure. Just 30 minutes to see if this is the right move.
If it’s not the right fit, I’ll still be your biggest fan.
