Meet Natalia, Fashion Brand Consultant Helping Founders Build Profitable Apparel Lines
From Private Label Manufacturing To The Creator Economy, I’ve Spent 15+ Years Turning Ideas Into Brands That Sell
Hey, I’m Natalia, founder of The Lines by Natalia, fashion brand consultant, educator, and unapologetic dream chaser.
For nearly two decades, I lived and breathed the apparel industry. I managed multimillion dollar brands, traveled to factories across the globe, and helped launch products that landed in Target, Nordstrom, Walmart, and Stitch Fix.
It was thrilling, fast-paced, and creative.
But over time, I realized something was missing.
you got this, you can do this, I believe in you!

The Spark That Started It All
Everywhere I went, I kept meeting the same person. Designers, influencers, small business owners, all sitting on a real idea with nowhere to take it.
“I want to start an apparel brand, but I don’t know where to begin and I can’t afford to get it wrong.”
That landed differently for me. Because I knew exactly what they were missing. Fifteen years inside this industry. Factories, showrooms, retailer negotiations, production calendars. I’d built brands for some of the biggest names in mass market retail. I knew the roadmap. They just didn’t have access to it.
That’s not an accident. This industry is protective of that knowledge. It lives inside big companies and gets sold by consulting firms charging six figures for the same playbook. I watched that happen for years and never thought it was right.
So I built the Lines by Natalia to fix it. Everything I learned on the inside, handed directly to the founders who have the vision and the drive but not the connections or the context.
You don’t need a fashion degree. You don’t need factory relationships. You don’t need a massive budget. You need someone who’s actually done it, who can tell you exactly how it works and where to start.
The Birth Of The Lines By Natalia
I built The Lines by Natalia to bridge the gap between creative vision and business strategy, giving founders the clarity, tools, and confidence to bring their ideas to life.
Because here’s the truth:
You don’t need investors, permission, or perfect timing.
You just need the right roadmap and someone who’s been there to guide you.
Why I Do What I Do
My mission is simple: turn dreamers into doers.
I help entrepreneurs build apparel and product brands that feel intentional, profitable, and true to who they are. Brands with soul and a balance sheet. Brands built to sell, and built to last.
Because here's what I know after 15+ years inside the industry: the founders who make it aren't always the ones with the biggest budgets, the best connections, or the fanciest degrees. They're the ones with a clear vision, the willingness to learn, and someone in their corner who's actually built this before.
Every brand starts as a spark of an idea.My job is to help you turn that spark into something real, and something that lasts.
What Makes Me Different
Most fashion consultants teach theory. Most coaches have never actually built a brand.
I’ve done both.
My background spans creative direction, merchandising, sourcing, pricing, ecommerce and retail strategy, built over nearly two decades working inside this industry. I’ve sat in the rooms where the decisions get made. Built the partnerships, led the launches, negotiated the deals for brands you’ve shopped at your whole life.
That’s what I bring to every founder I work with.
